Your Tennessee Aquarium experience will take about two and ½ hours, and includes admission
to two buildings: River Journey and Ocean Journey. Your tickets are good all day.
When scheduling your visit or IMAX film, remember Chattanooga is
in the Eastern Time Zone. All exhibit galleries are fully accessible. Wheelchairs are available for rental on
a first come first serve basis (no reservations). The rental fee is $7
(members receive a 10% discount). A drivers license is required to hold
until the unit is returned. The wheelchair rental location is located
near the exit in the River Journey Gift Shop.
SLEEP IN THE DEEP AT THE AQUARIUM
Go where few have gone before! Join us as we embark on a whole new adventure --
sleepin in the deep at the Aquarium. You'll get up-close with some of the coolest
animals and go behind closed doors to see just what it's like to be an aquarist.

MOTORCOACH AND BUS PARKING
Aquarium: A bus turn-around is available for loading and unloading,
and off-site extended parking is located within one mile of the Aquarium. A map
will be provided with your confirmation package.
IMAX: Approximately 20 buses can park and unload behind the IMAX
Theater. Overflow parking is located within one mile of the IMAX Theater. A map
will be provided with your confirmation package.

BOX LUNCHES
If you are looking for a rain-proof and entertaining way to serve lunch to your group, let us help. Box lunches are now available at IMAX with advance reservations and can be eaten in the theater during a movie. Group lunches are priced at $5.00, and include a turkey sandwich, fruit, cookie and a drink. Not only will this save valuable time, but groups will be engaged by one of our exciting IMAX films. Box lunches are also available at the Aquarium and are a great fit with a free Aquarium educational program.
